My company has purchased your WikiPlus package and we're happy with the basic functionality. However, we still can't seem to get a proper workflow configured to prevent items from being displayed until they are approved.
I've contacted your support department. After an initial response saying only that WikiPlus supports Workflows, and a response from me explaining what we are trying to accomplish, there has been no response.
Your documentation is also not really up to standard as it is very vague about how to accomplish basic things such as branding or setting up more advanced functionality.
So although you have a nice product your customer service leaves much to be desired.
Customer service is very important to us so, although you have had a frustrating experience we hope you will give us a chance to ammend. We know we have a great product, possibly you need a bit more assistance to achieve exactly what you desire. Please contact me directly and we will see what can be done: forest@kwizcom.com
